Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the six months preceding the claim, or ¥100,000, whichever is greater.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, power failures, or internet service disruptions.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
1. Ownership of Deliverables

3. Copyright and Trademarks

Dispute Resolution

- • Legal action in the courts of Tokyo, Japan, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
General Provisions
